tk law is a specialist law firm that focusses on problem solving and special projects with a focus on environmental, renewable energy and waste management law.  In doing so, we draw on our substantial knowledge of many other areas of law.

We do things differently.  We don’t necessarily subscribe to conventional approaches to problem solving. We question every aspect of a project before we start, work and then find the right solution – changing and challenging things if we need to. We don’t believe in doing things the way they have always been done. That just isn’t how we operate.

 

We have a modern, progressive approach to the law.  We believe that as technology changes, then projects and our approach to the law must change too.  

 

In our daily practice, we challenge core aspects of doing business to help our clients achieve their goals. 

 

We believe in common sense, not just the legal position. We encourage clients to think holistically about their problems - and we do the same. 

 

We are passionate about doing our best for clients and doing what is in their best interests - even if that means convincing them to STOP what they are doing and even if that means less work for us!
