Diversity Data

 

We (along with all law firms) are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to collect, report and publish diversity data on an annual basis. As we are a small firm, we are unable to publish the statistics without breaching Data Protection legislation and staff confidentiality. We are therefore making the following statement:

tk law is made up of staff of varying ages, religious beliefs, sexual orientations and ethnic backgrounds. The socio-economic backgrounds of the staff are varied with some having attended state schools and some having attended independent/fee paying schools. Staff have been to university. No members of staff have caring responsibilities for family members.
